Service keeps going.
Friday night, full house, and the internet drops. With Orderly that does not mean a queue at the counter: you keep working on the offline interface, and everything switches back when the connection returns.
Reliability
A dropped connection should not cost you an evening.
You get the benefits of a cloud system without your till depending entirely on the network. Offline mode is a single switch in the settings.
